Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, checks, or other methods as detailed on the invoice.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. License and Insurance
Alf Plumbing Inc. holds all necessary licenses required by California law for plumbing services. We maintain appropriate liability insurance to cover accidents and damages occurring during the provision of our services.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information to facilitate the delivery of services, including access to the site where plumbing work is to be performed. Failure to provide access may delay or prevent the timely completion of services.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages to property or persons resulting from the failure of the plumbing systems beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered, except where prohibited by law.

7. Warranties
We provide a warranty for our services. Should any issues arise from faulty workmanship or materials used, we will correct the problem at no additional charge within a specified period after service completion.

8. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing plumbing services, in accordance with our privacy policy. ALF Plumbing will not sell your phone number for marketing or for affiliate marketing.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in the state of California.

☐ Message frequency may vary depending on the type of job that is being performed and if the customer wants text messaging updates.

* The Message and data rates may apply

☐ Cell phone carriers may charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages. Cell phone carriers display a clear message for the consumer to opt in or opt out for a sending or receiving a text message that has a fee attached.

* ALF Plumbing, Inc. will always ask the customer if they would like/prefer text messages before sending any text messages.

* Customers can always reply "STOP" to the text messages to stop receiving text messages. This also includes marketing text messages.Customers can also add the phone numbers that they would no longer like to have text messages sent to.

* ALF Plumbing will not sell your phone number for marketing or for affiliate marketing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States.
